NotifyMe - Managing Your Subscription

NotifyMe

Once you have subscribed to NotifyMe, you are able to log into the website and manage your subscription.  The following instructions will provide direction the following:

  • How to subscribe to receive notifications from Notification Groups.
  • How to unsubscribe to receive notifications from Notification Groups.
  • How to obtain your username and reset your password.
  • How to change/update your name, phone number and wireless provider. 

* How to subscribe to receive Email and/or Text Messages from the Notification Groups within NotifyMe:

  • Navigate to the NotifyMe page.
  • You must then login.  Select the Login button.

  • Enter your Username.  (This will either be the Username you established when you registered for NotifyMe on the website 'or' your email address that was used when you subscribed.)
  • Enter your password that you created.
  • Select the Login button.

  • You will then see the Notification Group names listed to the left and the Communication Options for each group to the right. 
    • Select Email for the Notification Groups that you wish to receive email notifications from.
    • Select SMS for the Notification Groups that you wish to receive text notifications from.
  • Once complete, select the Save button.

* How to unsubscribe and no longer receive NotifyMe email and/or text notifications:

  • Navigate to the NotifyMe page, select the Login button and log into the site as previously instructed.
  • Uncheck the Notification Groups that you no longer want to receive email and/or text notifications from.
  • Once complete, select the Save button.

* Can't remember your username and/or password so that you may login to manage your NotifyMe subscription?  Here's how to receive and update that information:

  •  Navigate to the NotifyMe page and select the Login button

  • Select the Lost or Forgotten Password link.
NotifyMe
  • Enter the email address that was used to subscribe to NotifyMe and select Submit. 

    (After providing your email address, you will be sent a link with instructions to continue. Please allow several minutes for the email to arrive)

  • Navigate to your email and select the Change Password link.
NotifyMe
  • You will then enter the New Password.  (The password must contain at least one digit, uppercase letter, and lowercase letter.)
  • Confirm the New Password by entering it again.
  • Select the Update Password button.

  • Once password has been reset and you see the confirmation on the screen, you will select the 'Click here to log in' link.  This will take you directly to the NotifyMe login area so that you may log in and manage your subscription.

* How to change/update your name, phone number or wireless provider:

You are able to make updates to these via your Profile.  To access your profile:

  • Navigate to the NotifyMe page, select the Login button and log in accordingly.
  • In the upper right-hand corner, hover over your username.
  • Select the My Profile link.  This will display your profile.

    Note:  If you need to update your email address, you will have to contact the administration for your organization to do so within the website.

  • Under Account Tools, select the Edit Profile link.

  • You may then edit:
    • First Name
    • Last Name
    • Display Name
    • Mobile Phone Number
    • Wireless Provider
  • Once complete, select the Save button.

  • You can also change your password via this area.  Under Account Tools, you will:
    • Select the Change Password link.







    • You will then enter your Current Password, New Password and Confirm New Password.
    • Select Change Password.

* How to logout once you have managed your subscription:

  • In the upper right-hand corner, hover over your username.
  • Select the Logout link.
